Our PP/PS Plastic Extrusion Line is an advanced piece of equipment specifically designed for the food packaging industry. Our PP/PS Plastic Extrusion Line is capable of producing sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.25mm to 2.0mm, accommodating a wide range of applications from thin to thick sheets. Our standard model PROS-PC120/950 and PROS-PC130/950 have a maximum output of 350kg/hr to 500kg/hr, suitable for small to medium-sized production enterprises. We also offer customized solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our clients, ensuring each machine maximizes production efficiency.

Main Components of PP/PS Plastic Extrusion Line

Screw and Barrel: Our screw and barrel are made from high-strength alloy materials, offering excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment. The specially designed screw enhances plasticizing efficiency and mixing uniformity, ensuring consistent and high-quality final products.

Screen Changer: Our PP/PS plastic extrusion line is equipped with a non-stop screen changer, allowing for rapid replacement of the filter without interrupting production, ensuring continuous operation and reducing downtime. This system can automatically replace the filter during operation, maintaining product quality.

Edge Trimming Unit: The Trimming unit accurately trims the edges of the sheet, ensuring consistent sheet width and removing excess material produced during manufacturing. Haul-Off Unit: Our haul-off unit is designed to stably pull the sheet, ensuring its flatness and consistency during the cooling and shaping process. This unit features adjustable speed settings, allowing the pulling speed to be tailored to different production needs.

Winder: Our PP/PS plastic extrusion line is equipped with an automatic winding device, ensuring neat winding of the sheets, making subsequent processing easier. The winding system features tension control, guaranteeing the flatness and tightness of the sheets during the winding process, ensuring consistent and high-quality sheet rolls.
