Our PROS-750 Automatic Disposable Cup Making Machine employs advanced thermoforming technology to achieve precise and efficient production of plastic cups. Central to its design, this machine features an efficient heating system and a finely adjusted mold mechanism. The mold opening and closing system, controlled by a SIEMENS 20kw servomotor ensure high efficiency and precision, producing optimal forming results for each plastic cup.


This Disposable Cup Making Machine is equipped with a robust servomotor system that guarantees stability and efficiency. The stretching process is driven by a SIEMENS 11kw servomotor, maintaining stability and precision throughout the production cycle. Additionally, the feeding system uses a SIEMENS 4.4kw servomotor for precise sheet feeding control. Production Process of PROS-750 Disposable Cup Making Machine

Sheet Feeding: The plastic sheet roll is accurately fed into the Disposable Cup Making Machine, ensuring precise alignment for optimal processing.
