Processing Steps of our Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine:
Step 1 - Sheet Feeding: The plastic sheet roll is precisely fed into plastic cup thermoforming machine.
Step 2 - Heating: The plastic sheet is evenly heated in the heating oven to reach the suitable temperature for forming. Temperature control at this stage is crucial and must be precisely regulated to ensure the plastic's flowability and forming quality.
