Automated Processes of PROS-680 Thermoforming Machine


Sheet Feeding: The process begins with the precise feeding of plastic sheets into the heating oven using a sheet feeding device controlled by Delta servomotor. 


Heating: Inside the heating oven, plastic sheets are uniformly brought to the optimal forming temperature. This heating process is monitored by an advanced temperature control system, guaranteeing the plastic reaches the precise temperature needed for effective forming.


Forming: At the forming station, heated plastic sheets are transferred into forming molds. Utilizing positive and negative pressure technology, the sheets are clamped to form the desired product shapes. Delta servomotor control, ensuring high precision and uniformity.


Punching: Then formed plastic products are moved to the punching station. Here, punching molds, controlled by servo motors, perform the punching operations with precision, ensuring accurate punching positions and clean edges.


Cutting: During the cutting process, the plastic products are cut with laser cutters. Servomotor control, ensuring the cuts are precise and consistent, which is vital for the final product's quality.


Stacking: Finally, the cut plastic products are separated from the sheets and stacked using a mechanical arm with suction cups. The mechanical arm by servomotor, arranges the products neatly for subsequent packaging and transportation.
