Processing Steps of PROS-820 3/4 Station Forming Machine

Sheet Feeding: Controlled by servo motor, plastic sheets are precisely fed into the oven, ensuring they remain flat and evenly distributed for uniform heating.


Heating: Inside the oven, plastic sheets are uniformly heated to the optimal forming temperature. This process is monitored by a precise temperature control system, ensuring the plastic reaches the ideal forming quality.


Forming: At the forming station, the heated plastic sheets are clamped between forming molds using positive and negative pressure technology. Servo motors control this process, ensuring high precision and consistency.
